  1. Shipment Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are carefully processed, hygienically packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not packed or shipped on Sundays or during national gazetted holidays.

  • If there is a high volume of orders or unexpected supply chain delays, dispatch might take a little longer. In such rare scenarios, our team will proactively inform you via WhatsApp or SMS.

  1. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges across Pakistan are automatically calculated based on total weight and destination, and are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.

  • FREE Shipping Offer: We proudly offer FREE Delivery across Pakistan on all orders with a total cart value of Rs. 3,000 or above!

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: Delivery can take 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
