Product Natural Variation & Availability We make every possible effort to display the true colors, descriptions, and packaging sizes of our items. However, because our products (Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pistachios, Dates, Honey, Figs, etc.) are 100% organic and natural, slight seasonal variations in size, texture, color, and natural taste are absolutely normal. All product specifications, availability, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. This could be due to running out of stock, detection of potential fraud, or incorrect address data. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the phone number, WhatsApp, or email provided at the time of checkout. You agree to provide accurate, updated, and complete delivery and contact information for all purchases.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligation For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to ensure their availability at the designated delivery address or arrange for an alternative person to receive the package and make the payment. Rejecting a standard, undamaged COD shipment at the doorstep without a valid, proven quality reason causes operational losses and may result in permanent blocking of the customer profile from our future services.
